LINECAM® · TENSIONING THE LINE000%
WHO WE ARE

Fifteen years
hanging from
a line.

Linecam® was born from a specific obsession: getting shots inside a venue that until then could only be achieved from a helicopter. Today we are the only company in Spain that combines its own cablecam, 4K multi-camera production, drones, security and post-production under one technical team.

THE STORY

We started by rigging
a rope between two towers.

OVER THE CROWD

We rigged our first line because a promoter told us it was impossible. He wanted a shot that crossed the venue above the crowd, and neither a drone nor a crane could give it to him: one couldn't fly over people, the other couldn't reach.

Since then we have built, broken, redesigned and certified our own system. The version we rig today has almost nothing in common with the first, except the idea: a camera that goes where nothing else can, with safety sorted before the shot.

Along the way there have been more than a hundred festivals, national tours, 17,000-capacity arenas, bullrings, cathedrals, stadiums and 300-seat theatres. Every venue has taught us something the previous one didn't.

WHO IS BEHIND IT

Luis Fernández,
CEO of Linecam®.

Linecam® is led by Luis Fernández. He runs the company from inside the rig: at height, in a harness, with the line tensioned over the venue.

Every installation follows the same rule: safety first, then the shot. That is why the crew that designs the line is the same crew that rigs it, flies it and strikes it.

THE KIT

People, not an equipment list.

We are a small, stable team. The same people who answer the phone are the ones who rig the line and sit in the control room on show day.

CEO · TECHNICAL MANAGER

Luis Fernández Sánchez

Signs the certificates for the Linecam® cablecam system and runs the technical operation on the floor. Fifteen years rigging lines in venues that are nothing alike.

PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT

Jesús Sánchez

Coordinates crews, schedules and resources. He's the one who matches the artist's rider with what the venue really allows.

CABLECAM OPERATORS

In-house crew

Operators with real main-stage hours. They know when to come into the shot, when to leave it and when the best move is not to move.

LIVE PRODUCTION AND CCU

In-house crew

Mixer, CCU, intercom and zoom control. A team that has worked together hundreds of times and needs no explanations mid-show.

HOW WE WORK

Four rules we don't negotiate.

01

Safety before the shot

Always a double line. A 10 mm main line and an 8 mm safety line on every job, without exception, even if the span is short and the venue small.

THE SYSTEM

Linecam® cablecam

A system that runs on rope, not steel cable. Lighter to rig, less aggressive on the venue structure and always with an independent safety line installed.

SAFETY BEFORE THE SHOT

The line is rigged twice: the running line and the safety line. Always, on every job.
